      Backednd Developer Interview

      24 Oct 2025
      Anonymous employee
      Bangalore Rural
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Flam (Bangalore Rural) in Aug 2025

      Interview

The selection consists of four rounds: starting with DSA and Go Core or project discussion, followed by system design, software architecture evaluation, and a final round with the CTO to assess problem-solving skills, vision, and cultural fit.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

The most important thing they focused on was my problem-solving approach. In the first round, they asked me to solve a DSA problem in Go, Design Patterns implementations, and discuss optimizations and trade-offs. Later rounds involved designing a scalable system and explaining architectural choices, demonstrating my understanding of concurrency, modular design, and efficient data handling in Go. The CTO also probed how I reason through challenges and align technical decisions with overall system goals.
