I applied online. I interviewed at Flashback Diner (Davie, FL) in Oct 2020
Interview
1st interview and setup was with HR on the phone (Heather). 2nd interview was on the phone with the COO/Partner (George). 3rd and last interview was in person at the restaurant with the COO/Partner and the Owner (Toula). Lasted 3 hours as 80% of it was conversation and not related to the job specifically.
Was offered the job and offer letter. The offer letter was an overview and not specific. They refused to give details about their PTO, their bonus plan and offer letter had flaws including not correctly putting the right salary as they missed a "0" therefore would have made a 4 digit income. When I asked for details of benefit package, I got "We dont think you are a good fit anymore so we are taking back the offer" when 24 hours before it was "We are looking forward to working with you". For a Corporation, they have some work to do on the professionalism that is needed to get talent in the door. Entry level to new managers i would recommend. Polished professional managers I would recommend stay away. Seems like a they do not want to be honest and offer guarantees. "If its too good to be true, it probably is"

Interview
I applied to this position on another job board back in November 2018. In late January, I received an email out of the blue to set up a phone interview for the next day. The interviewer was friendly, polite and personable; she seemed genuinely interested in my artistic background and experiences. She asked me to create 2 mock-up samples for social media within the next few days and email them back to her along with a link to my portfolio and a cover letter for the company's partners. She also invited me to email her any questions I had and to be as honest as I could with any concerns. When I went to submit my samples, I did bring up a potential concern, but it was not well received. Instead, the next message I got was a 'Thanks but No Thanks' letter letting me know they would not be moving forward with my application. I found the entire 3-month process highly disappointing -- to have expressed such high regard for my work without seeing it through to the end (getting a face-to-face interview) seemed to have been a waste of time and spoke volumes that questions or concerns that go against their norm are not honestly welcomed.

Interview
Long and tedious. Met with the owner and Director of Operations and nothing discussed in the interview was accurate or true. They took longer to interview me and decide to hire me than they employed me. I have never been terminated in my entire career, gave two week's notice and was let go in less time than that.
