I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Flatiron Health (New York, NY) in Mar 2016
Interview
I initially applied to another area within Flatiron, but a recruiter reached out to me asking if I'd be interested in learning more about a position with their Providers team. I had a brief phone conversation with them about this opportunity, and shortly after telling them I'd like to proceed, was sent a writing exercise. After the writing exercise, I had a phone screen, and a week or so after that, I had on-site interviews. During the on-site interviews, I spoke with 4 groups, each comprised of 2 people who worked in areas across Flatiron.
I really appreciated the consideration they gave when reviewing my application, and the time they took to find a good fit for me within the company. Throughout the process, Flatiron's recruiting team kept me informed about what the next steps would be and when I could expect them. Overall, it was an enjoyable process!

Other Provider Accounts interview reviews for Flatiron Health
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Flatiron Health (New York, NY) in Mar 2016
Interview
Everyone was really friendly, and clearly passionate about the mission of the company. Though there were several days or sometimes a week between interview steps, they were very communicative about when I should expect to hear back about next steps each time. Any longer gaps between steps were because of busy schedules internally (which they told me), so I appreciated that transparency. I had a phone screen, followed by a writing exercise, Skype interview, and then a series of onsite interviews (on one day) with cross-functional team members. Overall, they were extremely straight-forward in what they were looking for and I appreciated the varied perspectives throughout the interview process.
