It started with a SQL HackerRank that was more on the easy side. Then, phone screening with behavioral questions and questions about resume.
Then, a series of 4 interviews with people in different departments, asking questions about how you'd handle stress, how you'd prioritize certain issues, and scenario questions like "If a client came to you with an issue and they're really frustrated, how would you handle it?".
One of the interviews was a technical interview where you have to write SQL statements for a problem they give you, also asked basic questions about programming in general, as well as general SQL fundamentals.
Overall they were all very nice, and someone was even willing to follow up on why I wasn't moving forward, which isn't that common from my experience.
