Multiple rounds of interviews. One very short take-home assignment, followed a behavioural screen, followed by multiple technical-style interviews . Very fair and good process - definitely allowed me to learn about the company and judge fit.
I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Flatiron Health in Sept 2015

I applied online.
Was sent a coding challenge within a week or so.
Completed the coding challenge and they wrote back within a week saying they wanted to scheduled a phone interview. They ended up scheduling it for about 3 weeks later.
Did the phone interview - talked on the phone and coded in a shared doc - and heard back one week later. They wanted to scheduled final round interviews on Skype - scheduled about 3 weeks out.
Did two back to back interviews on Skype with shared coding docs. Got a phone call with an offer about 24 hours later, and the recruiter sent me an offer letter via email the next day. Gave me about 4 weeks to decide.
