The interview was standard. The technical portion of the interview was done with their mechanical engineer, who was very hard to understand. He was unclear when asking questions and had a thick accent. From this interview, I get the impression that their employees are paid below industry standards despite their listing claiming they offer "competitive pay". Overall, the interview was easy, but the company was a bit lacking.
