The interview process is extremely relaxed. If you go in confident, you have knowledge about the company, and you have a great personality you will get the job. The interview process is more about how much you care to look into the company, and about your personality in order to see if you will be the perfect match for Fleishman-Hillard. Note: this only pertains to the interview for MIS interns.

Interview
Very laid back, not very technical. If you had basic knowledge then it was all about seeing if you were a good personality fit. The interview lasted about 45 minutes. Interviewed with a senior and a manager on the team. There is opportunity to move between teams if you don't think your current one is a fit.
