I had a phone interview with hr. and zoom interview with three women. (HR, Marketing Director and Graphic Designer)
HR behaved well, but the Graphic Designer she asked me a few specialized questions about graphic design process directly without greeting and a brief explanation about herself.
HR sent me 2 tests in graphic and web design (need to write code) with a deadline of one day.
I did the test well and sent it. I think one test was enough and it was a waste of time for the second design.
The tests are reviewed by a graphic designer, and it is clear that from the beginning, she will not have a positive impact on applicants in her field.
I received an email a week later that I was not selected and they received many qualified applicants like myself.
In general, there is a waste of time for the interview and especially for doing 2 tests.
