Phone screen with a corporate recruiter and then a video call with two leaders at once. They asked a lot of questions about me and were very vague and danced around my questions about compensation. You better be able to explain full compensation in detail diring an interview or dont waste people's time.

They asked me to sell myself with value propositions.
There is a phone screen, in person interview with an internal recruiter and then with senior leadership. It’s a through process where I felt that the described the difficulty of the job well.
One was on zoom and the other was in person. They just asked generic questions about my background. I met with the corporate recruiter and then someone in HR. It went fine
