The interview process consisted of an initial HR screening call, followed by an online HackerRank coding assessment. Afterwards, I had a Zoom technical interview with members of the team.
The technical interview was only focused on solving coding problems. There was very little discussion about my background, previous experience, or the role itself. The call involved working through coding questions and explaining the solutions.
While the process was straightforward and technically focused, I would have appreciated a more conversational interview that allowed for mutual discussion and a broader evaluation of skills beyond coding exercises.
