I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Flexjet (Cleveland, OH)
Interview
Two step interview.
1st was standard HR screening. HR asked me about my resume, why I wanted to join, went over the benefits package.
2nd was interview with team with small technical questions.
Fairly standard IT interview.

Question 1
How do you reverse an array without using a for loop?
I applied online. I interviewed at Flexjet in Dec 2025
Interview
Pretty standard for the industry. Initial phone screen with technical recruiter followed by a technical interview and finally an interview with the manager. What wasn't standard was the people. Everyone was super polite and friendly, this made the interviews feel way more organic and like a conversation instead of an interview.

Question 1
Write a function that outputs the alphabet in alternating case without hard coding the characters.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Flexjet in Jan 2024
Interview
Call with a recruiter then a virtual meeting with the team lead and tech director. They tell you goin in that it's not a technical interview but they ask you to write code and do a system design question so seemed pretty technical to me. They dont ask about previous experience at all. Even during the interview they say they "just want to see how you think" but it's clearly a lie and they're looking for you to have the specific solution they have in mind even if you're able to solve the problem in other ways. Then they ghost you after.
