The hiring process seemed pretty fast and straightforward. They are really aggressive about how much they love the company. I applied and around three days later they responded. I was booked for a phone interview the following week with the operations manager.
She asked me about the company’s mission statement and five pillars which are not stated on their website. I felt confident, but I was thrown off by her questions. I watched several videos and read several blogs, but no mentions those things not even the CEO which seems really passionate about the company.
I don’t understand how they claim to be different and transcending if they use same old methods for interviews. I thought I was going to something wild and creative.
Not everyone can ace interviews.
