Applied for the job from a posting on Staff Me Up. Was contacted fairly quickly by VFX Supervisor for interview, and came in several days later for an interview.

VFX Supervisor clearly explained all things that the VFX Coordinator would need to do, and asked if that all sounded good. Interview was mostly conversational.
