The initial interview was conducted with the Commercial Manager from the UK office via telephone. Following that, I had a second interview with the VP of the local office in their offices at Waddell.
The first interview was friendly, professional and skills based. The second was more learning about the position offered and the company. I was hired at the conclusion of the second interview.
