FlightHub interview questions

Not too bad, phone interview first and then an interview with the department lead. Finally a 3rd interview if needed with their direct manager, depends on which role you applied for.

I interviewed for three rounds in January 2025. 1 HR phone screen, 1 virtual with the product manager, and 1 onsite with the COO and CEO. They all asked about my past experiences and thoughts on the ongoing project. It was nice before the final interview, however, during my last interview, the COO promised that they are not the kind of people who ghost candidates and that they would give me an update within 2 days. But they've been ghosting me ever since the last interview and it's already been a month, and they don't reply to follow-up emails. So it is quite different than how they describe themselves.
