      Customer Success Manager Interview

      26 Aug 2024
      Anonymous interview candidate
      New York, NY
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Flip CX (New York, NY) in Jul 2024

      Interview

HR was nice and accommodating. Once the HR portion of the interview was completed. They give me a take home assignment. I was able to complete the take home and I received a response the day after. Saying that they were not moving on and that the role was competitive. My suggestion is rather than do the take home before interviewing with the team to do the take home assignment once meeting with the Co-Founder and / or CEO. Not sure if they just took my assignment and used it internally going forward, But more feedback would be appreciated.

      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Flip CX (New York, NY) in Jan 2026

      Interview

Only made it through 2 rounds. First is a recruiter, then a project that you have to self record and present. Issue is you have to pay for a Loom service in order to do the project. I also had to pay for Office365 because Slides was not as useful. Then I believe a final round.

      Customer Success Manager Interview

      11 Oct 2025
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Flip CX in Jul 2025

      Interview

definetly very lengthy, but once HR calls you it moves very fast. First call is with HR, simple and short, then you do a take home assignement and create a video presenting your findings, then you move on to meeting the PM, and if you move on from that you meet another person you may report to, and the last interview is with the CEO. They weren't "hard" persay, but they were extensive
