To start off the HR was non responsive most of the times.
I had to call up after each round to take a follow up.
So much so that the for the arrangement of on-site travel tickets's follow up also had to be done by me. The HR didnt bother to call me .
On the On-site day the HR was Absent- Ni itinerary was shared with me for the scheduled rounds.
Other HR's had to help out in scheduling the rounds which was frankly done in a haphazard manner.
Only 4 out of 5 rounds had happened.
I had to again follow up for the feedback , the HR didnt feel bothered to be pro active enough to give me a feedback on the same.
I waas told that I had scored above average on 3 rounds out of 4 and one round the score was missed by a very small margin, the HR was supposed to follow up with the recruiter but from the feedback I had got didnt seem like the HR had bothered to do so and the process came to a halt.
