Long and technical skills required.soft skill and english is must.better market knowledge. first was telephonic and strict documentation check. then comes practical knowledge. background check is very strict and in details. previous employer details are required and good repo is must. salary CTC is good and depends how to deal with it

Was easy, the interviewer asked easiest questions, the session lastes for 15-20 mins and got selected, the onboarding process of flipkart is too tiring and long, but the overall hiring process was nice
