I applied through university. I interviewed at Flipkart (Bengaluru) in Oct 2019
Interview
I was asked case-based questions. Reading Flipkart's own blogs helped me form opinions better , that too which probably were aligned with interviewer's though process as well.
Also, the interviewer was calm but in multiple calls.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Q- What would you do to increase the number of sellers who avail account management services without incurring extra costs?
Q- Why use flipkart and not a competitor ?
It will be of 3 round interview- 2 technical & 1 HR round. smooth & faster process. 1st round is of 30 Mins & 2nd round is of 20 Mins. The questions related to previous experiences & few problem solving scenarios in real life projects
The entire process is extremely lengthy and can easily take up to two months or sometimes even more, which many people find very frustrating and exhausting. If you are someone who values quick responses and faster turnaround times, this may not be the right option for you because patience is absolutely necessary throughout. The waiting period itself can test your motivation, and the lack of timely updates adds to the difficulty. Therefore, it is strongly recommended that you only go ahead if you have sufficient time available and are mentally prepared to wait patiently for the response without rushing.
Asked about previous experience from last company where you worked. Why you want to join Flipkart. Why you want to leave current job. Education qualification. Leadership skills that use in previous experience.
