Interview
For the first round, a prompt was released and we were supposed to submit a six pager deck on that. The shortlisting was done solely on the basis of deck submission. The shortlisted candidates were assigned buddies which helped them prepare for further interview rounds. The interview round consisted of guesstimates, root cause analysis and HR questions.
Very unstructured. Grilling. No generic questions apart from intro and why PM. Requires product sense and on the feet thinking. 2 rounds scheduled. Post which HR round may or may not happen.

The first round is a product case along with a guesstimate and the duration for this is 30 minutes. This was a campus placement interview procedure.
