Very standard interview process. Asked me to do some "role play" to simulate establishing a partnership and also asked me a simple brainteaser. Interviewers were very relaxed and enthusiastic. No grilling.

the recruiter gave my an overview of the company's operations, its future plans, and my role as an intern in business development. the interview took roughly 15 min, was fast paste, and seemed pretty standardised.

Interview went well and the leader was very helpful. Fairly basic questions and did not last too long for the first round. However, when I asked for feedback after not getting the position they never responded.
