Interview
The first filter is HR, Then, you are interviewed by the directors of the department and once they verify your skills and qualifications, you are asked to solve a problem and develop a strong analysis. The third interview consists of explaining your results, the decisions you made, and it can be challenging sometimes. Once you are told to advance, the last interview is with the head of department, explaining your results and explaining how you would address daily problems of the position.

Interview
I got an invitation for an interview next day after I have sent my application. In total there were 2 interviews. The first one lasted for 3 hours and included planning of schedules and questions about the region. During the second interview the manager told me more about the benefits and potential career growth.
