FloQast Account Executive interview questions

A recruiter contacted me on Linkedin to asking to set up a 30 minute phone screen. We scheduled a time and she never called. After 15 minutes of waiting, I called the number she was supposed to call me on and was sent to voicemail after one ring. This was extremely disrespectful considering that I am a working sales professional. I blocked off a specific time during my work day for the phone screen. I never got any kind of follow up. I would have preferred that she at least sent me an email stating that they weren't going to move forward with the phone screen.
