Pretty straight forward interview process for the most part. They were mostly looking for a candidate that had experience in sales management but if you have real estate experience that's a big plus for them.

Contacted for the position through a recruiter representing their private equity firm and had a phone call with that individual. She asked mostly repetitive and sophomoric questions. Promptly received an email indicating that they were "moving in a different direction" which was fine by me. Really, a total waste of my time.
Applied online and heard back after a few days. Long and unnecessary process. Repetitive questions and childish role playing. They also lie about being hybrid. Fresh out of grad school CEO, and small inexperienced team. No senior leadership, relying on VC advice. They ask for 4 rounds minimum with a presentation, role play and to provide them with a lead list. Make sure to ask only clarify questions in the preso and they’ll love you.
