I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Floor Covering Associates (Shorewood, IL) in Oct 2021
Interview
The interview process was thorough. It took around one month from the first interview to the date I was hired, and involved 3 separate interviews. The first, via Zoom, the second in person with the sales manager, and the third in person with the vice president of sales for the online counterpart, efloors.com. I was asked basic math questions like how many square feet are in a square yard, etc. I was rejected initially via phone call then subsequently received a job offer after several weeks of following up with the VP via email.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Floor Covering Associates (Merrillville, IN) in May 2022
Interview
The interview was pretty laid back for the most part but I did have two interviews upon being hired. The manager was very nice but thorough when investigating previous employers and sales experience.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Floor Covering Associates (Naperville, IL) in Nov 2011
Interview
Confusing. General manager was obviously preoccupied with something else.
I was sent to interview with owner and he asked a series of mathematical questions. He did ask what I did to relieve stress and that should have been a red flag.
