The interview process went quite smoothly (30-min video call with HR followed by a final stage 60-min video call with the HR and Marketing seniors). The following week, however, I got a phone call from the same HR as in the 1st stage and was told I had been rejected with no context or feedback. Quite shocked with the bluntness of the news, I asked for some feedback and they started anxiously flipping through some notes and told me that I had communicated my ideas clearly enough, with nothing else to share. Quite an awkward conversation to have so late in the interview process!

3/4 stages of interview. Very clear on what to do. I got to the final stage but the role was more senior than described so I didn’t get it. Could be better at advertising experience needed
