Met with the Recruiter via zoom for 30 minutes then scheduled a meeting with the implementation director for 30 minutes and then met with a manager and another associate for 30 minutes. For some of these interviews, I was never sent a calendar invite and had to remind Florence to send one. I was told these interviews went well from my interviewers however after the third round I never received anything from Florence again. After sending two follow-up emails I remained without any responses and preceded with another offer. I will say for a company to talk as much about culture as they do it's pretty funny to be ghosted by them after 3 rounds of interviews. Overall the company came across as disorganized and unprofessional. They may be too busy or just don't care. Either way, it takes 5 minutes to send a follow-up and goes a long way.
