They make you take a tour at the place so you have the opportunity to see if the envrionment is a good fit for you or not,everyone is super nice and welcoming, they tell you that you are interviewing them as much as they are interviewing you and encourage you to ask as many questions as you want.

2 Phone interviews and shadowing with RBT prior to accepting the position. Ask questions regarding overall experience working with children and applied behavior analysis. Asked questions on how to respond to challenging behaviors.
