Applied online. After a week, they sent me a confirmation email with the time, place and instructions to follow. The interview lasts 2 days. Group activities, 1-on-1 interview and lots of hands on activities. You are assigned to a group of other candidates and you are paired up with them until the end. You have an RA leading the group, who also helps making decisions. Just be yourself.

Streamlined, fun. Made into a weekend summit, you can see how people interact with a team, and handle tough situations. After that you are left to have a 1:1 interview with an advisor.
