These people will completely waste your time. They have by far the most drawn out interview process I have ever experienced. You'd think in times like this when the job market is already tough enough they'd consider the candidates, but no. I had 4 rounds with a total of 8 interviews.. Many of the people I met with were in the same department ie, I met with two different Marketing people however I met with them separately. Why not just put them together to streamline the process a bit? After doing 8 total interviews that took a month long I then was told I needed to do a design project that they'd give me 2 weeks to complete. At this point I'm already drained from all the interviews however because I was fully invested and had high hopes because of how far I already got I wanted to see it through and complete the project which I'd also like to mention was not compensated. Once I finish the project and presented it to everyone I had to wait days to hear back from them. It got to the point that I had to reach out to them just to find out I didn't get the role. Can you image wasting almost 2 months on a job that clearly strung you along just to not even get it? And being a finalist but not even receiving a decent email with feedback??? So yes I'm very frustrated. Flourish really needs to evaluate their hiring process. What you're doing is so wrong to candidates and completely overlooks the candidates experience. Now I have to start back at square one because obviously since I've gotten so far with them I slowed down on applying to other roles. Plus the lack of communication I received was so ridiculous. I can't help but to believe I actually dodged a bullet because with the amount of stress and anxiety they gave me even without working at the company I can only imagine how it'd be working for them. Thank you Flourish for such a horrible experience and wasting almost 2 months of my time.
