Interview
Very standard zoom interview with questions regarding my background, what I knew about the company, and what kind of role I was looking for, As the interviewer seemed more HR oriented, there wasn't a ton of discussion regarding actual investment process.
Enjoyable experience. The three process interview is first and then if selected you talk to the COO for fifteen minutes. She is very nice and easy to talk to. If she likes you then you will be selected for the job.

Interview
The interview process is usually handled by a third party hiring agency, however from day one you are encouraged to begin working as normal and begin training prior to even signing a contract.
