Phone screen followed by a take home coding exercise and lastly a phone discussion of the take home. Everyone was friendly, offered constructive criticism, and it was a good learning experience.

Interview
There are 6, 7 rounds of interviews. They ask technical and behavioral questions. The interviewer will be hiring manager, HR, and departmental teams. You will meet a lot of people from the company.

What is the difference between explicit and implicit solver
It's a tough process, but mostly the selection is based on who they can pay the least. They will pretend to be going for the skills but unfortunately, salary plays a bigger role.
