Replied to a CL posting. Was contacted shortly thereafter for a phone interview. Phone interview we went over the basics of the position and the company, and asked some background questions. A few days afterwards I was contacted to come in for an in-person interview. The in-person interview was pretty casual, three employees gave me a tour of the facility, then returned to a conference room for a relaxed back and forth explaining their goals and needs, with plenty of time for questions on both sides. A few days after the in-person interview I was informed they would be going with another candidate, and that I was more experienced than needed for the position.
