The 1st Round is a face-to-face interview focused on assessing technical competencies and initial suitability. This is followed by the 2nd Round, the Manager Round, where candidates engage directly with the hiring manager to discuss role-specific responsibilities and team dynamics. The process concludes with the 3rd Round, the HR Round, dedicated to package discussion, final negotiations, and onboarding details.
