was offered the role I interviewed for and 45min later was called back telling me they had me confused with another candidate who offer was actually for. Not sure how a mistake like this could be made, especially by their VP of talent. Doesn't exactly inspire confidence they have the right leadership in place to succeed. Very unprofessional.
Online application, a phone screen, a call with the manger and 4 virtual interviews with team members and manager. There was a scenario written test as well.
HR called within a week to gave me the offer.

By far the worst experience I have ever had in my life. The first interview was nice and friendly. The second-round interviewer sounded like she was dying and hating her job - no energy, no excitement, and no curiosity.
The whole interview process included 3 interviews, the first is a phone interview, the second is a three to 1 interview, the final is an interview with HR. The whole interview process was clear and easy to follow. Nice interviewer.
