Two interviews shared amongst partners. Relaxed environment wherein I was asked about my experience. Partners seemed to know exactly what kind of candidate they were looking for and as a result did not fixate on technical questions.

Laid back chat. 3 separate interviews with 3 different partners. They did most of the talking and tried to sell the firm rather than expect you to grovel. No challenging/unusual questions. They were quick to process the interviews and ultimately make an offer.
