I had a very pleasant interview with the Vice President of Sales & the CEO. They were extremely candid with their expectations and offer of high growth in both salary and income. The company seems to be in a growth pattern and they mentioned how they had grown the sales organization substantially over the last two years. There seems to be a successful track record as the founder had created two large companies previously that were acquired.
