Interview
I had a pretty brief phone screener with the HR representative and then was invited into the office to interview. I had to do a brief test using Excel and Word before I interviewed with the HR representative and someone from the company. The interview process was very straightforward, open, and there was a ton of communication. Everyone was nice, but the place seemed a little rigid and very quiet.

Interview
Fairly straight forward interviewing process. The gentleman was courteous and on-time. I was required to take a "written" test prior to entering the interview which consisted of mimicking an excel sheet and providing a writing sample based on random questions. We then sat down for a one on one conversation. There was to be an HR director present, however she was unavailable.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
There were typical run of the mill questions such as what do you know about our company and explain your past experiences. However I was also asked tricky interview questions about resolving issues with coworkers, should you work better as a team or individual.
