it was a quick sit down interview with an in-training manager and the store manager. Very brief. About 15 mins or so. They were both very pleasant. I walked away liking the process.

Name a time when you really had to struggle to meet customer demands.
The interview was pretty much a regular and easy experienced. I was not asked any questions that were difficult to answer or required much of a thought process beyond common sense.

Do you have experience as a cashier and with money?
Straightforward online interview with minimal in person. Questions online, followed up with phone and some final in person admin work. This was a pretty simple process that required very little time and investment on my end.
Came into the store and met with the manager who asked me about myself and my experience, asked a few questions relevant to the job, told me about the job and the onboarding process, asked if I had any questions, then started the necessary hiring paperwork.
