I had applied for this position back in November. Got a call back but didn't schedule. So happen at the end of January I got a call back from a store manager to schedule an interview. I set up the time. Interview lasted bout twenty min. Negioated my pay. Only thing I'm waiting in now is a call back from the store manager because she told me that she will most definitely call me back. Asked for my consent to do my background check and asked if I had two valid forms of nc id. My social security card and identification card

Moderately difficult, but they were friendly when I asked them questions. They really worked with me to get the job. It was hard to bring answers to mind for a couple of questions, but they let me join their team.

Introductions. The interviewer did not tell me their name.
Small Talk. Thankfully, not much small talk with the interviewer.
Information Gathering was casual and great!
Question and Answer: Sometimes I went back to a previous question, not sure they were keeping up.
Wrapping Up: I could tell the interviewer was not always interviewing prospective employees.
Interviewer asked a series of questions and wrote down my answers throughout; overall, the environment was lowkey and she did a good job of making me feel comfortable throughout the process.
