Two interviews, final one with the president. Both were in person (before 2020). Had a chance to discuss my interests related to food assistance and public benefits, and there were no questions that were too tricky.

HR rep called me to set up a phone interview within <2 weeks of submitting the application online. The interview was with the hiring manager and HR rep. They asked a standard list of questions - nothing too difficult but the flow was awkward. There was a 3 month span between my first interview and notification I did not receive the position, despite repeated emails asking for more information on timeline.
