Interview
It was fairly straightforward. I had 4 or 5 interviews and everyone was very nice. Two with HR, one with the department head, and a few with colleagues. I think the additional interviews were more to identify a personality match over my skills and experience level.

Most of the questions were about how I would handle different situations and about my leadership style.
