Started with a phone interview by the HR manager. Got a call from a store manager within a week or so. I got invited to interview and when I showed up it was me and another cadidate. At the end they asked me to stay and proceeded with more questions and then got job offered.
Apply online. Phone screen and then a face to face interview. Face to face interview was conducted with a store manager and an assistant manager. Interview was about 20 minutes long.

Interview was brief, was more of a short conversation rather than questions being asked. Was asked about my cv, when i could start and my availability. 1 week later i got an offer.

Interview was straight forward but the manager did talk alot about his self and only a little bit about the actual store the stockroom is very big and the office is right down alot of steps alot of running about
