After a brief phone conversation I was asked to meet for breakfast at a local diner. I met the owner and his wife and we discussed my background and interest working with people. The whole process was more of a "getting to know one another" type deal. Our conversation flowed and they were both very nice people. They found that I was a perfect fit for what they were looking for and decided to offer me a position.
