apply first , receive email from manager and discuss about the i nterview process call interview , face to face interview at store and later job offer with national wage salary and check shifts availability and negotiate
Started of with icebreaker activity and then we started the group exercise which was to create a model of a tower using spaghetti and marshmallows.
Employees read out situational judgement questions and candidates were expected to stand up and answer them.
I applied in-person. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Footasylum (Sunderland, North East England, England) in Jul 2019

Super good and easy and quick, was in and out and got called back the next day
Lady was lovely and had great banter with her and other staff.
Seems to be a fun and easy role as I have not been in retail before
