2 steps, with nice technical & personality questions in both stages. held very casually so i dont feel any unnecessary pressure. the time distance between stages are 1-2 week only

Interview
First got call from HR , he asked some general questions along with some very basic questions about my major. After one month I had an interview with South Asia head. It was a technical round. After that I a Skype interview with the director. Last of all had an interview with HR again.

Interview
Two rounds, first was just basic level interaction. Second round was core technical. I was asked questions regarding my power project background and understanding of basiscs. Confidence checking. Then there were one more technical and hr round.
