Interview
I showed up on time for the on-site interview. Unfortunately my first interviewer had an emergency PTO. So there was some confusion on who has to interview me. This is understandable. So i waited for a while, and the interview finally started. People were generally nice to speak with. Had a final interview with the VP and they were getting started with agile process/development. So a lot of questions on that.

Interview
I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter at Forcepoint. She was knowledgable on the position and got things rolling fast. Scheduled couple of phone screenings and came in for an onsite with two senior engineers, one product manager, one software manager and finally with the Director. One engineer kept asking me if i am still working with the old company. Overall, the experience was good. But they never got back to me on the result.

Question 1
Technical - Prototype on memcpy and how to avoid accidental corruption of dst if src and dst addresses overlap. Program to find duplicates in a string and remove them.
Managerial - Managing the team, resolving conflicts, Bug tracking and process of following agile methodologies. Looks like the company wants to try out Agile methodologies and they are working hard to make it happen
