I applied for this position in January 2025 and accepted the offer in March 2025. During the interview process, I understood that Forcepoint follows a fiscal year from January to December and is quite busy with New Year planning, SKO, etc. In total, I went through four rounds of interviews, including one presentation round. During the interviews, I interacted with my manager, the Country MD, the Pre-Sales Country Head, and the HR Head. I found them to be quite decent, transparent, and professional. They were very clear about their requirements for the role, which I truly appreciate.
