There was no interview process, I worked for them for free on two occasions, first was the initial meet & greet and I was taken straight to a cabin to clean for an hour then asked to come back in a few days for a shift. I was asked if I could work during school holidays/peak times and had already explained to them prior to this, that I had two young children and as such was unable to. They allowed me to work that shift before telling me they couldn’t take me on because of my lack of flexibility, whilst I can understand the reasoning, it was infuriating that they wasted my time and I paid on both occasions to get there, to work for free.
