First interview went really well, with great questions and answer sessions and kind upper management. Second interview with the CEO was a joke. Narcissism and boasting doesn't interest true professionals and they have people running to the ends of the earth when they have lower than average pay in the industry.

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Forestadent (Saint Louis, MO) in Jan 2016
Interview
Brief phone interview. Then met with office manager and CFO. Both of them were very friendly.
They called me to come back the next day to interview with the CEO. He was unprofessional from the beginning and condescending.
Met with the Sales Director and the Marketing person. Interview lasted about 1 1/2 hours. I followed up with an email after no word for 2 weeks. CEO contacted me. Offered me the job for $13.50 per even though I had 20 years experience. He again was very unprofessional. I declined.
